and still going strong! I’ve introduced a little bit of chicken each day for the past week as I’m moving on to the 810 diet on Thursday and though it might give my stomach time to adjust! I was worried I might slip out of ketosis but it doesn’t seem to have affected me at all, still not really hungry, still get tired if I over exert myself.
I weighed myself on Sunday and I’m not 10st 10lb, started at 12st3lb 23 days before, not too shabby! My jeans no longer fit, like they need a belt to hold them up so I had to do a little shopping on Sunday to keep my going. I’m hoping to lose at least another stone so hopefully I’ll drop another dress size, once I’m at a reasonable weigh I am going to shop til I drop!

feeling fine, I actually thought weekends would be tough as eating is something I do a lot of Saturday/Sunday but I’ve been keeping myself busy with other stuff. Main benefit to any type of diet at this time of year is that most people are thinking the same thing or they are too skint to be going out for food!
On a non-diet related note, I got my car broken into when I was parked at my friends house, so that’ll be a good hundred odd quid to get it fixed, not the best time of the year for unexpected bills but at least they didn’t nick much!
I think? I am properly losing track of the days now! Still on Sole Source, less than 500kcals a day but I’m allowing myself a little cooked chicken in the evening as from last night. Just half a 130g pack, feel I need to start introducing food ahead of step 2 the 810kcal diet which includes some food.
I weighed myself this morning and I’m now 10stone something, wooot! I actually can’t remember the last time I saw 10 on those scales! Next goal is to get under to 150lb mark, which hopefully won’t take too long.
Planning on signing up for a half marathon next week so as I increase my calorie intake I’ll increase my exercise and hopefully they will cancel each other out.
I will be less than 10stone for my birthday in May even if I have to go back on SS for a month!
and I@ve done 2 weeks! 100% no cheating, no blips, no mistakes, just water and 3 shakes a day, woot! So pleased with myself :) I spoke to my counsellor and I’m going to do this for another week then move onto the 810kcal for a week before moving on again. I’m signing up for a half marathon in April so I really need to be able to train which isn’t possible on the vlcd (very low calorie diet). So there is an end in sight, this time next week I’ll hopefully be well into the 10 stone category :)
