I’ve done a week! A whole week! I have been 100% for the whole week, the only thing to pass my lips has been water and shakes/soups. Really pleased with myself :)
I’ve started to notice changes in my shape already, my hips bones are more visible as is my collar bone. I generally feel firmer, even the smooshie bits aren’t so smooshie!
I’m 33% of the way there, I’ve promised myself to stay on sole source for 21 days then I’ll move onto step 2 which I should continue to lose weight on but I’ll be allowed real food. hmmmm…real foooood…
I spoke to the counsellor last night about what I could eat if I really, really, really had to have something and she said on sole source + I could have chicken. I don’t need chicken but I feel more in control knowing I can safely have it if I have a really bad day.
