Day 14…

and I@ve done 2 weeks!  100% no cheating, no blips, no mistakes, just water and 3 shakes a day, woot! So pleased with myself :) I spoke to my counsellor and I’m going to do this for another week then move onto the 810kcal for a week before moving on again.  I’m signing up for a half marathon in April so I really need to be able to train which isn’t possible on the vlcd (very low calorie diet).  So there is an end in sight, this time next week I’ll hopefully be well into the 10 stone category :)
