I think? I am properly losing track of the days now! Still on Sole Source, less than 500kcals a day but I’m allowing myself a little cooked chicken in the evening as from last night. Just half a 130g pack, feel I need to start introducing food ahead of step 2 the 810kcal diet which includes some food.
I weighed myself this morning and I’m now 10stone something, wooot! I actually can’t remember the last time I saw 10 on those scales! Next goal is to get under to 150lb mark, which hopefully won’t take too long.
Planning on signing up for a half marathon next week so as I increase my calorie intake I’ll increase my exercise and hopefully they will cancel each other out.
I will be less than 10stone for my birthday in May even if I have to go back on SS for a month!
